Don and Beverly Rice first started selling farm equipment from their front yard in Houston. In 1993, they moved to Henderson and joined Bill and Bea Rice at Bea Rice Farm Equipment.

In 2003, Don and Bev started a new company, Texas Red Farm Equipment. They bought property south of Henderson, and moved the business there in January 2007.

Texas Red Farm Equipment is one of many companies that market farm equipment and parts. The huge national chains with big singing celebrities and million dollar advertising budgets can blanket the airways with ad campaigns, but Texas Red will win your business and your patronage by offering the personal service you deserve at a price you can afford. Don has stated many times, "We take the time to find the right piece of equipment for you, get you the best deal, and we won't be undersold!"

With the new location comes big plans for 2007! Events planned are antique tractor shows, antique car shows, and of course, motorcycle meets! Several of our customers raise various crops, and Texas Red Farm Equipment has offered free space on weekends to market to the public passing the store on Hwy 79.
